**May I know what instrument you teach?
I teach both piano and violin, including music theory during the lesson individually.

**Do you teach music theory only?
Yes, offering individual/small group class (can be arranged together with your siblings/friends)

**May I know how many lessons per month?
There are 4 lessons per month. 

**Do you teach on public holidays / school holiday term break?
There are no lesson on public holidays/school holidays (off 1 lesson only)/5th week. 
No replacement.

**Are you able to offer lesson once a month? Twice a month?
No. Schedule is difficult to reserve for just once/twice a month.

**How long is the duration for each lesson?
Beginner - Grade 4 = 45 minutes
Grade 5 - Grade 8/Diploma = 1 hour

**Lessons are held in student's or teacher's place?
Teacher's place - fully equip with all types of musical resources that required during the lesson

**If I would like to cancel / postpone the lesson as scheduled, am I entitle for a replacement?
Yes, but you are required to inform at least 24 hours before your lesson, otherwise there will be no replacement for last minute cancellation and your lesson will be forfeited. (except emergency)

However, students who take advantage to cancel class frequently, will not be entertained and lessons will be forfeited.

**When should I pay for the lesson fees?
Fees are payable on every 1st class of the month / 1st week of the month. Be a good payer!

**Do I need to pay deposit?
Yes. Deposit will be collected - 1 month, non-refundable. If you prefer to stop lessons on that month, please give at least 1 month notice to utilise your deposit. No fees will be paid on that particular month.

**What if I'm late to a lesson?

Students have to be punctual for lessons. Students who late will lose those minutes of instruction because there are other students are scheduled right after your lesson. 

**When my son/daughter can go for Grade 1 music exam?
**When myself as working adult can go for Grade 1 or Grade 2 music exam?
Beginner (without music background) usually takes 1.5 to 2 years to go for Grade 1 music exam (after gone through initial & intermediate beginner level). 

Beginner (with music background) usually takes 1-2 years to reach Grade 2 to 4.

It depends on the student's progress - fast or slow learner; previously with/without music background; practice/seldom practice the exercises given by teacher and vice versa.
